井室质量要求及控制要求
Quality requirements and control requirements of well chamber
1、必须互相垂直，不得有通缝，必须保证灰缝饱满、平整，抹面压光，不得有空鼓、裂缝等现象。
1. It must be perpendicular to each other without through joints. It must ensure that the mortar joints are full and flat, and the plastering is calendered without hollowing, cracks, etc.

（1）井框、井盖必须完整无损，安装平稳、位置准确。

3、沟管上半圈墙体按规定砌砖拱圈，480mm×480mm里弄检查井采用砖砌收口，收口高度500mm，每层双面收进25mm。

4、安放铸铁盖座应先铺厚度为15mm的1:2水泥砂浆，标高校正后安置，盖座四周用C20细石混凝土嵌牢。

盖上配备提盖与撬棍槽；在室外温度不大于-20℃的地区，应将井中设置为保温井口，增置木制保温井盖板。
