盖板模具在安装过程上要首先要清理边坡,保持平整,保障没有大的突起,再而做一些铺垫层,尽量保持平整。盖板模具具含孔材料的密度,应将材料磨成细粉,除去孔隙,干燥后,用盖板模具鉴定其实际体积。材料磨得越细,测得的密度数值就越精确。砖、石材等块状材料的密度即用此法测得。

在测定某些较密实的不规则的散粒材料模具的实际密度时,常直接用排水法测其绝对体积的近似值。盖板模具具应包装严密、整洁。应严格入库验收,禁止质次或已老化变质的份子化合物塑料制品入库。应保持存放盖板模具的库房清洁、墙壁、门窗应刷上白色,制止阳光直射,同时不能同仓储放油类、腐化性及含水量大的商品。底层仓库要隔离地潮,露天货垛要做好防晒、防雨、防风、防止露垛。
When measuring the actual density of some dense irregular bulk material mould, the approximate value of absolute volume is usually measured directly by drainage method. The bottom warehouse should isolate the tide, and the open-air Cargo Stack should be sun proof, rain proof, wind proof and prevent exposed stacking.
