PET的特性
PET的特性:PET是乙二醇和对苯二甲酸缩合的产物,是饱和的热塑性聚合物。PET分子有线性和半结晶状态。生产PET最简单的过程,就是对苯二甲酸与乙二醇反应形成单体(酯化),然后缩聚成长链聚合物PET。聚合度随温度和压力而变化。 PET与很多塑料一样,加工过程中有三态变化,即玻璃态、高弹态、粘流态。
Characteristics of PET: pet is the product of condensation of ethylene glycol and terephthalic acid, and it is a saturated thermoplastic polymer. Pet molecules have linear and semi crystalline states. The simplest process to produce pet is that terephthalic acid reacts with glycol to form monomer (esterification), and then polycondensates long chain polymer pet. The degree of polymerization varies with temperature and pressure. Like many plastics, pet has three state changes in the processing process, namely, glass state, high elasticity state and viscous flow state.
