塑料检查井的井座部分大多采用的是一次性注塑成型,以异径接头、变角接头和橡胶密封圈等配件来达到改变管径及角度的连接。塑料检查井配套开发了井盖、井筒和相关配件,路面载荷通过井盖、井座作用于检查井周围,避免了路面载荷对检查井的破坏。井座具有上下浮动的功能,可主动适应路面的高低变化,同时井筒采用专用井筒,可根据现场埋设深度截取相应长度,灵活方便。井筒、进(出)水管道与井座的连接采用橡胶密封圈柔性承插式连接或者是热收缩套连接,可适应小范围内的角度变化,施工方便快捷,密封性能好、防渗漏,有效防止对地下水的二次污染,是一种环保节能建材。
