压铸成型模具又称传递成型模具。将塑料原料加入预热的加料室，然后向压柱施加压力，塑料在高温高压下熔融，并通过模具的浇注系统进入型腔，逐渐硬化成型，这种成型方法叫作压铸成型，所用的模具叫压铸成型模具。这种模具多用于热固性塑料的成型。
