  检查井本身是HDPE材质的，这种材料有很多优点，与过去水泥管材不同的是，它轻，有弹性，耐腐蚀。

  因为有弹性，所以在受力时，它会从生产出来时的圆形变成椭圆形，如果是水泥管道，就意味着破裂不可用，应该扔掉。但这恰恰是HDPE材料的品性所在，弹性很好。变成椭圆的管材我们还可以施压让它重新变成圆形的，只要力量合适，它就会重新变回圆形，是不用担心不可用的。

   这是技巧一，把压扁的管材重新压圆。当然还可以把管材放在太阳底下整体晒软点再压回圆形。

   在安装时，因为变形，可能无法与井座对接，这怎么办呢，依然老办法，先晒透，然后制作圆形钢筋圈，把两头变形处箍回圆形，就可以安装使用了，中间非圆形的不用管，埋时只需要把拱起的肚子朝上放，回填土时，压力会让它慢慢变回圆形去。
