塑料检查井井盖松动破损的现象一部分原因是塑料检查井的安装不够规范，下面是塑料查井安装的几个要点：

1.检查井井座与管道连接安装顺序：先从接户管上游段开始安装，以井-管-井-管顺序安装，并逐渐向下游支管，干管延伸。

2.井座接头与管道连接：与同类型接头的管道连接施工方法一致。

3.井座与汇入管，排出管连接需要变径：采用异径接头时，当汇入管径小于井座接口管径时，应采用管顶平接；井座排出管接口大于下游管道时，应管底平接。

4.管道采用可变角接头或球形接头调整坡度时，当其管径为315mm,不得采用链条扳手。
