塑料检查井由井座、井筒、井盖和塑料检查井零配件组成。检查井井筒可采用埋地排水管材，如PVC-U双层轴向中空管、HDPE中空缠绕管等。

The plastic inspection well is made up of well seat, wellbore, manhole cover and plastic inspection well fittings. Buried well drainage pipes, such as PVC-U double axial hollow pipe and HDPE hollow winding pipe, can be used for inspection well.

根据接管数和角度不同有起始井座、直通井座、三通井座、四通井座、90度弯头井座等。为了适应各种排水状况，塑料检查井同时配套有内外径转换接头、马鞍接头、变径接头、汇合接头、变角接头等与之配套的塑料检查井零配件。这些零配件和井座共同用来保障整个排水系统的流通性和密封性。

In order to adapt to various drainage conditions, the plastic inspection well is equipped with internal and external diameter conversion joint, saddle joint, variable diameter joint, confluence joint, angle joint and so on. 检查井井盖可采用铸铁检查井盖、复合材料检查井盖、钢纤混凝土检查井盖。质量符合现行《建筑小区排水用塑料检查井》CJ/T233-2006的要求。颜色为白色或灰色，井筒内外壁应光滑、平整表面不应有气泡、裂口、凹陷、色泽不均匀及分解变色线。塑料井筒井座在15KN静载载荷压力下无开裂、裂缝。

The quality is in line with the requirements of the current "plastic inspection well for building drainage area" CJ/T233-2006. The color is white or gray, and the inside and outside walls of the shaft must be smooth and smooth. There should be no bubbles, cracks, dents, uneven colors and discoloring lines. There are no cracks and cracks in the plastic shaft wellbore under 15KN static load pressure.

塑料检查井适用的范围

Scope of application of plastic inspection wells

1）建筑小区（居住区、公共建筑区、厂区等）、城乡市政、工业园区、旧城改造等范围内埋地塑料排水管道外径不大于1200mm、埋设深度不大于8m的塑料排水检查井工程的设计、施工和维护保养。

2）一般土质、软土土质、季节性冻土土质和湿陷性黄土土质条件下的塑料排水检查井施工。

3）抗震设防裂度为9度及9度以下的地区。
